A new, long-term operational partnership called the “Gemini Cooperation” is starting from February 2025. For this service, London Gateway has been selected as the most optimal port to serve customers importing and exporting cargo to and from the UK.
The “Gemini Cooperation” will encompass seven trades, covering major routes on the Asia-Europe service. There will be 26 mainline services with a combined capacity of 3.4million TEU, which is aimed to improve schedule reliability, reach and speed, with fewer port calls per service.
